Cedar Park Physician Associates - Cypress Creek

Had a confirmed appointment Fri morning and when I got there my doctor had left and no one called me and it wasn’t rescheduled. So unprofessional. Didn’t want to see anyone else been a patient there for 20 years or more

I was recommended this dr office by a family member. The original primary care physician I had booked with was leaving at the end of the month so I rescheduled with Zenon. She was amazing. I have been to other places and felt completely dismissed but with Zenon she heard me. She listened and we talked about all my concerns. She answered my questions with care and intelligence. It was so refreshing to be heard and most importantly be believed and supported. I am happy to have found a pcp home. I have recommended them to family members and a friend already since my visit. I've recently switched to cedar Park physicians from BSW, I feel like these people are getting to know what I need vs just writing stuff down to get you out and on to the next patient. The office staff is courteous they take the time to listen and give advice along with the medication if needed.
