He made us feel very comfortable during classes and paid attention to areas we wanted to improve upon. He was great with answering our questions and helping us develop a routine we can practice at home on our own.

I recently did a series of private lessons at Breath and Balance Bodyworks, and have nothing but good things to say. Not only did the instructor help me gain confidence in my yoga, but also helped me establish a daily yoga practice that I am comfortable doing on my own. He worked well with my unique physiology (think giraffe doing yoga...) and paid particular attention to keeping my joints safe through good form and posture correction. Great conversation too. As a result of the lessons I took here, I now regularly practice yoga, have improved posture, and am building strength in ranges of motion in which I lacked it before. I highly recommend Breath and Balance Bodyworks.
