Hiring Big Guy Restoration to insulate my attic was definitely a good call. Their price was very reasonable and competitive. Wade was very courteous, professional and hardworking, even after two days crawling around a hot attic. When the job was done he even swept up the floor. I have no issues recommending them.

Big Guys Restoration were exactly the type of company I was looking for. They were honest with their inspections, work, and pricing. The build back cost was more than I expected and went with another company. That was a personal preference, nothing against BGR. You get what you pay for…so I'm sure they would've done a great job on the build back.

Huge thank you to Big Guys Restoration & Flooring/Steam Doc for doing such a great job on my carpets today. Brandon O. was on time and worked VERY hard to make sure my carpets (with pet stains) were clean by the time he left. I have had my carpets cleaned by various other companies over the the years - will definitely keep calling Steam Doc for my future cleanings. There was absolutely NO upselling, hidden charges, etc. and Brandon worked longer and harder than anyone else. Highly recommend Brandon and this company!!
