Do not go here unless you want to be put down, told your crazy, and be made to feel less than as a person. I had been told about her by my stylist, who said she'd give a discount for being a client... I contacted her, she said she had no availability for 2 months, we discussed prices, and we set it up. When it was around a week out, I asked about how long it would be, and if there would be some consulting with it. I had hoped to know we'd be on the same page about the shape and everything before she got started and said that was a waste of her time and if I wanted to go someplace else I could. She was so defensive that I tried to just stay in good headspace and said I'd meet her for the appt... In arriving, she started getting ready right away with everything and dropped a price at one point in the midst of the getting set up. I asked if she remembered talking to me before about being her friends client and giving a discount, and she said she never would never go lower and certainly wouldn't for me. She said I was needing so much assurance about a procedure that requires incisions on your face, and no one ever needs it so much. I asked her to give me a few moments to figure out how to proceed because I was so shocked at her demeanor.... As I sat there (for only several seconds) trying to still want to get this procedure done and not feel so self conscious and ugly about my face, she said that I was crazy and emotionally unstable and no one should ever question her business or her pricing and that I didn't deserve to feel better about myself. I said that was cruel to say and unnecessary as I was just trying to figure out how to proceed and not have things be escalating. She said she was going to refuse me business an account of needing affirmation, claiming price gouging (I never once used those words, only asked her to honor a discount to her friends clients) and seeming crazy to her. She continued to put me down and say I don't deserve to be around anyone and that she could make whatever assumptions she wanted about me if I was going to annoy her with so many questions. I don't think wanting assurance to am expensive procedure and how someone does it warrants ever getting put down so much... I never raised my voice to this person and never said a negative thing to her. I only tried to have a price discount be honored. No one deserves to be treated as she treats others.

I was so nervous to have my eye brows microbladed But Malessa made my experience amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable not to mention that she did a fantastic job on my brows. 100 percent satisfied and highly recommend her services. Thanks Malessa
