Pls find a better place and doctor then ADC/Dr Jivantika. She was referring my last year's blood work for this appointment. ADC told me before the meeting that the blood work is processed after the Annual check up. If blood work is the basis for the appt then what kind of annual check up was performed without this report? Doctor's office and ADC is completely misaligned on the working procedures. I was barely able to understand the nurse. Overall it seems like I talked to my cable operator customers service and will be receiving a bill for hundred's of dollars.

My daughter has seen Dr. Albert since she was 2 years old, and I was always happy with services received. As the practice grew, it became harder and harder to get appointments with her, so I started scheduling with her PA. We were always pleased with those services as well, until this last year when I was scheduled with a different PA I had never seen before, Kathy Ramirez.
