I am in disbelief of the bad reviews. I keep their number on my contacts list. Ive had them come twice on 2 different ocassions, and they are not only honest and professional, but friendly and considerate.

Apparently they went under. Our unit worked for about 3 years before going down, so I guess judging on other reviews it may be a blessing someone else will have to repair it. This was for a rental unit we own. No one told us they broke the ladder in the garage going into the attic. Property manager took care of it. A poorly run company that apparently rightfully died off. I'm being harsh, here, but damaging property and not saying anything leaving a tenant to discover it is disgusting.

This bunch of con artists are operating under a new name now. After selling you an entire new unit they will find a way to come up with an excuse for a warranty repair on that unit. The warranty replacement motor just went out after only 3 years. Poor quality work with questionable business practices. Run away don't walk from this bunch!
