Service and response was on point. They came out on a Sunday evening 1 Hour after calling. Unbelievable in these days. I did have to pay for it, hundred of dollars later for a $30 capacitor replacement part. Not fun but had no other choice. Our technician was excellent and very knowledgeable. Will only be using this company going forward.
Excellent response time and service. The technician, Justin, was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He took the time to explain the problem and added to my knowledge of my HVAC system.
My a/c went down on a Sunday and I called Advanced at 2:53, Bruce called me back at 2:59, and was at my house at 3:55. Not only was the response quick, but Bruce was very nice, knew what he was doing, and had my a/c back up and running in 30 minutes.
