I was paying a lot of money for frames for my son who has amblyopia and switched to Target optical. I’m so glad that I did! The process was quick and easy. We just walked right in and the entire visit was 20-30 mins tops. Everyone was friendly and I loved the selection of frames.
My visit at Target Optical on 3/11/24, from start to finish was FABULOUS!!! Daniela was super helpful, honest, with good humor, and very knowledgeable of all the products I wanted to try, and did try. Daniela went above and beyond. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Daniela, and the ladies working with Daniela, were all smiles. Thanks ladies for a memorable experience. It was very refreshing to have such excellent customer service.
