This was the most pleasant experience I've had related to roof replacement by far. My contact Patrick J. spent time with me explaining the process, how they'd help me if the insurance co. pushed back on covering something, and what my out-of-pocket costs would be clearly up front. Brandy, the office admin. contact, was super efficient at scheduling and communicating with all the crews/sub-contractors on work to be completed, and the roofers and other subs left my yard cleaner than I could have hoped from all the debris and nails. The team was punctual (actually about 5 to 10 minutes early). After everyone arrived, they set up their things and got straight to work. There was no clowning or playing around. They took their breaks and got back to work. They took their lunch and got right back to work. Timely and efficient. They arrived a little before 6 or 7 a.m. and completed the work the same day. When they finished the work, they cleaned up everything the way it was!! Awesome!! The contractor was hands-on, kept in touch, continued to provide status updates, he sent pictures of the progress and always returned calls, texts, and emails. So happy and satisfied with our charcoal roof!

Patrick Shields is a true gentleman and nice to do business with. He answered all my questions. Installed what he said he would in my house. was punctual and fulfilled his promises. I highly recommend SHIELD ROOFING. 5 ***** ???
