“Dail One was a pleasure doing business with . The Dispatcher ( can’t remember her name ) was very kind , understanding and professional when I called and explained my problem and having to cancel an appointment from another company . Great job by her . Then we had to waste some time until the tech was sent to our home . We where not at home due to our ac going out and when we arrived our tech Dan was waiting patiently at the door ?. Dan was very pleasant and professional and got right to the problem . It didn’t take Dan long to find the problem and that was great . Dan does not , I repeat does not try and force any phantom cost or inflated charges on the costumer but instead listens carefully and accesses what can be done . People will appreciate that from a tech . Even though Dan was sweating and changing a part from the ground , he did not complain once and made you feel like a human being and not like a payday .
