Wanted a change in eye doctors. I was also looking for something more personal, this was the place I was looking for. The front receptionist is very welcoming and personal. The other assistants working also were amazing and upbeat, they made sure everything was smooth. The optometrist made the eye appointment very easy by making it a conversation while asking me questions.
The staff is friendly and the front desk is welcoming. I really love how everyone explained everything to me. My billing and insurance was explained to me given clarity on my payment. The optometrist was lively, knowledgeable, and very helpful with making sure I understood what is going on with my vision.My visit was really great.
First time here and I had such a good experience. Front desk was so welcoming and friendly. Eye doctor (Zarate) was very helpful and explained things well. Will definitely come back and recommend this eye doctor!
