Never again!!!! I just don’t understand how you lose a pair of pants. Last Wednesday I dropped off my husband work clothes, 4 pants and 1 shirt. I picked up Thursday where the guy that gave me the clothes asks me how many pair of pants I had. I told him 4. He goes oh we lost a pair, usually the new people count the clothes wrong. I said no it was correct on the receipt. He goes oh ok, we will find them. Just give us time. I asked how do they lose a pair of pants and what if another customer got them. He goes usually the people in the back doing the cleaning may misplace them and usually when things like this happen and another customer have them, they return them. I...read full review

Been going to this place for awhile. Service was ok. I like their In by 9AM out the same day. First issue involved 3 pairs of Levis jeans. When I received them back, the buttons where barely hanging and pulled out when I tried to button up the pants. I informed the cleaners and was told it was an issue with the pants. I've been wearing Levis for 20+ years and have never had that happen, but ok. Final Straw was last week. I needed to attend a funeral and arrived at the cleaners at 10 AM. I asked if they could have it ready the next day by 1PM. Was flat out told no. So I went down the street to the other cleaners and told them the situation and they indicated that it would be ready. Will not be going back to Dryclean USA again.

I've used this cleaners for years and was happy with them until recently when they damaged a pair of jeans; when I brought it to their attention, they were rude and indirectly called me a liar; they've lost my business
