“I just took a friend to his appt here. His appt was 1:15 but we got there early...12:45...cuz I picked him up from Waxahachie and you never know how traffic will be. They were closed for lunch till 1. Anyway, he was greeted very nice and they were ready for him when he signed the paperwork a couple of minutes after 1. Everything was nice inside. He chooses not to change dentists so this one must be good.“
“I've been coming here for maybe 5 years now. One thing I'll say is a good dentist is hard too find but hopefully I've finally found one. Great receptionist who work literally 24 hours a day, hygienist who keeps you informed of the health of your teeth and give recommendations at how too keep your teeth clean especially with flossing. And my dentist. She is awesome, I've never had a dentist with such a gentle hand who when she gives you local numbing or anthestic you don't feel a thing. An easy 5 stars“

“Dr. Dax Sinn at MINT Dentistry located in Cedar Hill is AMAZING. I arrived to the office in severe pain after obtaining a crown at this location in January 2024 with a different practitioner. Somehow an abscess grew and my gums were extremely swollen and sensitive, I could not even sit still and had a severe headache as well. My appointment time was 9 am I arrived at 8:30 am. I was escorted in the back on time but had to wait awhile for assistance. After what seemed like an eternity someone arrived that actually wanted to help. Once Dr. Sinn arrived he immediately did his best to make me comfortable and let me know what was going on. He took my SEVERE PAIN seriously and was actually tuned in to me as a patient, which was so impressive in a world that constantly dismisses people. I'm I felt confident in his advice and was able to move forward with treatment. Even though getting the abscess drained was painful Dr. Sinn helped me tremendously.Thank you Dr. Sinn!!! You really made a difference in my life.****Please note this review is only on Dr. Sinn. I have been going to this location for years and based on my last few visits there seems to be high turnover of employees, they staff seems highly overworked, there is a faux warmth and they no longer offer all of the little perks MINT is known for. They no longer offer sunglasses and the lip balm is consistently on back order and they often forget to play music. Plus, some of the staff can seem cold and desensitized to the humanity of their clientele. I find it very off putting when people are in the very vulnerable place of getting dental work and have varied pain thresholds.“
