Great communication from start to finish.Loved that I could schedule an appointment online quickly with a morning window. Then was sent a confirmation text/email with all of the appointment information including a shorter window, the name of the rep and information on the appointment. I also received an email the night before. The rep called me when he was 30 minutes out. He showed up, figured out the issue, and was able to fix my stove within 20 minutes. Best customer service we’ve received in a long time. I will go through Carpet Cleaners Cedar Hill if we have any other appliance issues in the future.Carpet Cleaners Cedar Hill was excellent!

I have two small dogs that always leave my carpet in the worst possible state ever…. I was desperate for someone to come and help me remove the toughest stains that would just not go away and this company sent someone who was an expert right out to me when I needed them. I am very happy that they managed to remove it and leave me with some excellent tips and advice.
