When the replacement PSU I provided didn’t meet the required specs, he didn’t just stop there. He actually went out of his way to purchase a new one that same day to make sure everything would run properly.

On top of that, my GPU wouldn’t start up, which turned out to be a PCIe slot issue. It definitely was not a simple fix, but Johnny somehow diagnosed and repaired it. What really blew me away was that he had everything working and back to me the very next day.

He kept me updated throughout the whole process, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and was genuinely kind and professional the entire time.
