(It is the line where the Air Conditioner also drains) It was a $850 quote after already paying a ridiculous amount of money to snake the drain line. I called Carrollton Plumbing Service for a second opinion. They came out and said that it was not needed and that to keep this particular line clean, I should run some hot water on a periodic basis. “I occasionally have unreasonably high standards when it comes to vendors and customer service. From start to finish, it was as painless as a painful event can be, no hot water! The person who took the call was very professional and clear, urgent but not rushed. Admittedly, having a same-day appointment may cloud my judgment. Great pre-appointment communication with a photo of the tech. Chris was professional and pleasant. He explained things with clarity, not like some that try to confuse you into more than what you need with technical B.S. Instead of encouraging to the more expensive full replacement, he attempted a fix. When that didn’t work, we moved on and they were generous when calculating the final price. Which was as fair as one can hope. The cost of the guy off NextDoor, but the professionalism of the shiny trucks….although, Chris did arrive in a shiny truck. A clean one. Chris’s install was cleaner than installs I’ve seen in Preston Hollow and Highland Park. He corrected a previous poor install and made sure to elevate the new drain pan so that it drained properly (minor carpentry). While I hope I don’t have to call them again, at least now I don’t have to dread who I get. UPDATE 11/14/24: I wish I could review twice! The last couple o visits were performed by Malik, hiw professional demeanor was superb and wilingness to explain reasoning and cost made spending the money we needed to a little less frustrating ,leaving me with the confidence that the right decision was made. Top Quality staff from office to field. To add context, I train and recruit Butlers for a living, I would recomend Jim's Plumbing to any of my clients.“

“My AC wasn't working properly Saturday morning. When I got home from work around 130pm and realized it had gone out and wasn't working at all, I immediately called Lifetimez. They got a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately he had bad news for me. And since it was so late on a Saturday, they wouldn't be able to get a new unit ordered until Monday. Monday morning rolled around and they got the unit ordered and were at my house by 230pm and got it replaced and working! Thank you Liferimez!!
