We visited the shop on 8/16 around 6pm. We want to cut the extension on our son’s chain. Julian told it will take couple of days, but I told her just to cut the extensions. She asked me to wait, after checking with the male staff. She did the work for me right away. They didn’t charge me for that. They could easily charge me at least $10. Great customer service from both of them. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you both for your kindness????

I have a Swiss watch with metal band. Two of the links had an issue Watch Doc repaired it in 3 minutes ! I just found this Watch Doc on Google on north Josey. Close to home , fast on service!! Thank you WD! Great service!
