The technician actually arrived early. He was very polite and professional. Figured out our problem quickly and got our air back up and running! It was a great experience and would use them again
Robert did an excellent job and got our A/C back up and running fast! He was knowledgeable, professional and gave us tips on keeping our system running smoothly. Definitely recommend and would use them again.
Tech was civil,, a little serious, however it could have been due to the long drive, about 1hr+. Tech did get the air finally blowing cold, but did inform me that he didn't know how long it would last. Stated he submitted a request to HWA regarding our unit needing to be replaced. Praying HWA will approve.
