When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. Sado and his team were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and constant communication was exactly what we wanted in a contractor. His team was always kind, on time, and extremely professional. We would use them for every room in our house.?

Space construction has been wonderful every step of the way with our outdoor construction project. We installed a custom cut flagstone patio and the crew was incredible. It turned out beautiful. But also, the process was managed with them perfectly and we felt like we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for making our home more beautiful and managing it so well.
