“Van Slaton was the project manager on my project which was to make repairs to and replace vinyl siding on my house that had been damaged during a large hailstorm earlier this year. My experience with Van Slaton and Moore Construction was extremely positive. After calling to request a quote, Van scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to survey the work required. He provided a quote a few days later. Once the quote was approved, my work was scheduled. The project was completed yesterday. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. The team who completed the work were professional and they cleaned up the work area afterwards. I am impressed with the resulting repairs and Van's color-matching skills in finding a vinyl siding that would blend with the existing siding. I would not hesitate to recommend Moore Construction and I will definitely call them again should I need any construction or roofing services for my home.“

“I chose Berkshire Roofing because Rudy and Angel showed up and we’re very good with explaining everything and the process after having hail damage. They were going to replace my roof, pickets on my fence, and window screens. The replacement of the roof went smooth and it was done quickly. They came and replaced half of the pickets on my fence and haven’t finished since May. I was told they were talking with the insurance company to try and get another area of my fence that was leaning repaired. In the beginning Rudy responded quickly and told me they were working on with the insurance. It is now October 17th and Rudy will not respond. I called my insurance and they show nothing of talking to anyone from Berkshire about my fence. Update: 12/2/23 after writing the above review I received a call from Will and he let me know that Rudy was no longer employed with Berkshire. Will took control and continued to keep me updated and got my fence completed. They have done a good job and I’m very pleased with the work that was done and especially Will. I would gladly recommend Berkshire.“

Also, even after my purchase was complete Chad has displayed the level of customer service that has been lost out in the world today. “After a heavy rainstorm on a Saturday morning, I discovered I had a significant rook leak. I called Cornerstone Roofing & Remodeling in Horseshoe Bay that morning and talked to owner Jerry Reyes. Within 2 hours, Jerry had a worker (Francisco) inspecting my roof and identifying my problem. Jerry then came to home and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He gave me an EXCEPTIONALLY FAIR price and had Francisco and his brother at my home Sunday morning repairing my roof (Note: The rain had stopped Saturday morning). “I just had my roof done by Aspen (Dallas office) and the results are amazing! The new roofing job they did is so much better quality than the original as it relates to the attention to detail in the shingle placement, vents' positioning, and aesthetics. Shay was the point of contact in the office and she was very patient with my questions and took care of me. When the insurance company was taking time to do their part, she encouraged me to be patient myself and handled everything. She and Jacob Ortiz, the site manager, reminded me repeatedly that as the customer, my sanctification was their priority. Jacob took me from day 1, the inspection, to the installation on the last day, ensuring I fully understood what was going to happen. He ensured I knew every detail about the roof replacement and ensured all of what I wanted done was accomplished.
