Horrible experience getting a new HVAC with Reel-Air. Utter lack of communication throughout the whole process and the install was shoddy. I later had to contract another company to do what they should have done in the first place, such as adding a drain pan, installing a p-trap, getting the right amount of refrigerant pressure, etc. Reel-Air is cheap, but they cut lots of corners, so you get what you pay for!

I have been a customer for a long time. They have always done a great job installing and repairing my two A/C units. I can always count on a fair price and the best quality A/C unit and installation. I can also vouch for how hard these guys work in the blazing Texas heat to get customers taken care of. Thanks once again.

REEL AIR: Best A/C Air Conditioner HVAC Repair Company EVER in DFW area REEL-AIR AC & HEATING LLC 972-428-8007 I have to take a moment to just rave about the best and most outstanding experience I have ever had in my life with a home repair company. My AC must have stopped working around midnight last night but I noticed it around 230 in the morning. I used the "request a quote" section on their web page along with the "we want to hear from you" section around 3 am and at 3:11am I had a response from Gayla from both sections that Terry would be out in the morning between 10a-2pm. She was so sweet and even if I woke her up, she was responsive to my immediate questions and sent an email response right back Gayla, you are amazing and while Terry is amazing also I wanted to take moment to acknowledge you also. Their website says they are closed on Sunday but their response to my emergency shows that their customers are their #1 Priority. This is a company you can rely on. Terry is so very knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous! He was in and out in a matter of minutes after replacing my capacitor. He took the time to talk to me about my vents and why they collected dirt and dust and I never once felt rushed. Terry did a fantastic job for more than fair and reasonable price and he doesn't charge for after hour calls. He doesn't try to sell you anything extra and he only fixes what needs to be done. If you call anyone other than Reel Air for HVAC repair you are most likely paying to much and being manipulated by hard core sales tactics. Do not hesitate or look any further, they are the "Reel" deal!!!
