Steve took care of all the exterior work the apartment community I worked for needed right after the new owners took over. All the items that the lender, insurance and city required to be completed was completed to their satisfaction at a reasonable price. He even made suggestions that saved the community quite a bit of money such as treating my mailbox for rust and painting it instead of replacing it what other contractors insisted on. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. He has been great to worth with.

Steven helped me get rid of a very industrious squirrel who was hoping to live, rent free in my attic with some of his friends. Steven found the hole the squirrel created in my roof, professionally repaired the hole and also spotted a few other roof problems that he fixed as well. He does a thorough, first rate job! Your probably asking yourself..."Did he close the hole leaving the squirrel trapped in your attic?" No, Steven scared the squirrel out of the attic prior to closing the hole! Awesome job all around.
