I scheduled an appointment for MG family dentistry of Carrollton to see if I would be a good candidate for implants and come to find out my lower gums are better than I thought they would be a good candidate for snap in implants, FROM THE DENTIST TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO HELPS IN THE BACK we're all very pleasant helpful kind and courteous it would be a pleasure, And a delight if I could truly get this done.
I was impressed with this practice from the time I called to set up the appointment to the time I checked in and checked out. Every person I encountered, Valita, Crystal, Anna, Chandler, Dr. Swanson and Gaby, was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They took care of my daughter and they earned, not one, but two new patients! They were good at patient education and responded to every question. Their office was clean, inviting and they played nice upbeat music. I am glad they are in-network with my insurance, and I plan to refer others to this office. It is apparent that Dr. Swanson has built a good team. Great job everyone! JT
