Medley's customer support is tops! During the heat of the summer they were out the same day to check ... sadly they did not have the part (but fortunately for me my home has multiple units), but they got it in quick and then all was cool! Pricing seemed reasonable and Medley's tech team knew what they were doing ... in and out ... Chris and (so sorry) his teammate were on time and efficient! Thank you so much.
Professional investigating my issues and recommending options. The quote included a statment of work that listed all items and processes that would be followed. Only one to do that. Installation was completed with all areas covered and cleanup and new thermostate insructions. They have followed up to insure all went well.
Brandon came to check the A/C water streaming out of our home, diagnosed the issue in minutes, then resolved the issue just as quickly! The Medley team was prompt and responsive - had Brandon out to me the day after I called. Medley also has a nifty system which texts you when your technician is on the way with a tracking link to see how far away they are! As I understand, Medley also now has some master plumbers on staff so if your issue expands outside the immediate scope of just A/C and heating, they have the experts in house to help with the plumbing side!
