IT in DFW - Managed IT Services

Jimmy, the technician, was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me about passwords and logins to avoid future confusion.

Jimmy set up an email for a new hire and loaded many tools onto his PC. Many of these tools must granted by the tool companies. It is a lot to get all the tools to work together. He was very courteous working with me and my employee, even when we did not quite understand what he was asking us to do. We shared screens and Teams views, and for three hours, we all worked together to get it done. Or I probably should say he worked with us, and every once in a while, he would need to get on our computers to help us out.
He made what could have been a difficult morning into a pleasant morning.
