This is for the Super Star Cleaners on Frankford Road near Preston in Far North Dallas, Their cleaning is more than satisfactory. My complaint is with their pricing. I am not oblivious to the fact everything is "going up." I have been a customer for at least five years. The clerk asked if I wanted starch and I said, "Yes." When I asked the price, I was astounded. He told me it was $2.86 per shirt since I asked for extra starch. That is a dollar over the price of other cleaners in the area. My impression was the man I was dealing with was the owner. I told him to his face I would not be coming back and he was totally unconcerned. He lost a customer and anyone I see, I will tell them to watch his prices.

After trying five different dry cleaners in the last few months finally found this place. We have very specific instructions on certain items. Including only using certain types of hangers. This place didn’t bat an eye. Meets all our little quirky requirements without charging extra. Everything is always ready to go next morning with no issues. Extremely polite and accommodating owners.
