I am supposed to be getting assistance from this agency. They sent a lady out who did help me but she said she didn't want to come back because the agency doesn't pay! I am disabled and really need HELP and this company left me without any HELP for the Christmas Holiday. I have been laying in my waste since last Thursday. They don't care they have lives to live yet I am disabled and have no one who can HELP ME! This is ABUSE and NEGLECT to a DISABLED person. They also left me without anything to eat and I am starving! I hope they go out of business forever, if they can't pay their staff ???

My grandfather needed more attention than I could give him. He called me throughout the day while I was at work, because he needed my help long story short I lost my job. My friend told me about Hearts That Care's home care service, and when I told Tracie what happened she went above and beyond to help me with my grandfather. Now I can breathe, I found a new job and love it. Thank God for the Hearts That Care Staff! I would still be losing my mind if it wasn't for them.
