Chad came out to install our dishwasher, he was on time, professional and very knowledgeable / helpful with our product too. Bonus that Fixed was able to get him to us on the same day. Great experience!

Tyler came in and spent over 2 hours making repairs and replacing parts. He made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. However the original person who came also did a good job of finding the problem and putting the parts on order. The problem with the first person was that he disconnected the piping that the water flowed out of the system and by the time my son discovered the leaked it had already leaked through both the 2nd floor ceiling and the first floor ceiling. Now we have water spots/stains in both areas. Again, Tyler was great, can’t wait until the heat hits this summer to really see if we have a cooler home this year.s
