I have a two story condo with skylights on the top floor. In the hot and humid Washington DC summer I could not go upstairs because it became so hot and uncomfortable due to the skylights. I purchased the brown 90% skylight covers. My second floor is so much cooler now. These are a cheap and easy to install solution to silly skylights (I don't understand why skylights are installed in any home). I'd highly recommend them.

These skylight covers are like giant shower caps. They are super easy to install and are the perfect blend of heat blocker and sun screen. They let in enough light so the room does not feel like a cave but it is liveable again, even in Southern California in the summer. The webite was easy to use, even for custom covers and the order arrived quickly.
