Today I picked up my glasses and the lady with the salt and pepper hair who fits your glasses is AMAZING!!! I said in my previous review that I will not be coming back but I would like to retract the message. I think the next time I will not give my only set of glasses that I have and also give up to two weeks to come in. I also heard them tell a customer that they can have them delivered to your house . I do apologize for my last comment I was just upset because I couldn't see. I will definitely rebook next year .
I have been going to this office for years, even before MyEyeDr and still the same doctors. I now live in Austin and still go back to them periodically because haven't found the MyEyeDr places in Austin to be near as professional.
Several lense & frame purchases over time. Always professional, friendly & reasonable. Recent mistake by lab on lense replacement, once identified, was quickly resolved with new frames of my choice at no charge. Tiffany, Angel and company were a pleasure to work with. Loyal customer.
