I've used Evergreen Staging for a few of my listings and they never disappoint. High quality furniture with great accents makes each home more appealing to buyers. Before hiring me, a client of mine had his home listed with a different agent and not staged - it was on the market for 77 days. Once I took the listing over I had it staged immediately - the house had a unique layout and buyers could not see past that. In 3 days we had 2 offers! Leila & Angie previewed the property and knew exactly how to showcase the unique layout. This is just one example of how amazing they are. I will continue to use and refer them. They are friendly, quick to respond and have great customer service!
