Great doctor! Recommend highly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Carters for about 6 months now and I can honestly say I think he's the best primary care physician I've had. Smart, seems to have a deep knowledge of each of the medical conditions that I deal with at least, friendly and very professional. I recently moved to the area of his shared practice (Precision Family Medicine) but as long as I live in the Dallas area he will be my primary care doctor. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. Easy to ask questions and feel supported.
