The totally put her at ease. The most difficult case is my husband. He's not a fan of the dentist and sweats profusely, riddled with anxiety. We stumbled across New Bite Dentistry on our way home from the grocery store and decided to book appointments. I absolutely love the staff! Jasmyne works at the front desk and is the most helpful when it comes to breaking down your bill/insurance charges. Not only is she friendly but is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. Wynn, the dental hygienist is amazing! She’s super quick and extremely friendly. She x-rayed my teeth and did my cleaning. Dr. Koo is professional and an absolute perfectionist. She recently did my fills and I was in and out within the hour. Time is valuable for me so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this office! The organization and flow from the check in process on your phone to when you leave is effortless.“

“I came here to get my cavities refilled. Dr. B and Elizabeth took time to explain treatments to me, and they are transparent about the costs. They are truly a dynamic duo, and their working chemistry and expertise is phenomenal. I enjoy listening to them banter. I feel very comfortable and embraced in their presence. They show great care towards my wellbeing. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes appointments can last much longer than expected, because Dr. B can sometimes get sidetracked.“

“Today I picked up my glasses and the lady with the salt and pepper hair who fits your glasses is AMAZING!!! I said in my previous review that I will not be coming back but I would like to retract the message. I think the next time I will not give my only set of glasses that I have and also give up to two weeks to come in. I also heard them tell a customer that they can have them delivered to your house . I do apologize for my last comment I was just upset because I couldn't see. I will definitely rebook next year .“

“I’ve been going to Mint Carrollton for years & have seen the growth of this location. Staff was decent but over the years they’ve gotten much better. Yesterday I went in for a treatment & Enaam was my hygienist for the day. This was my 2nd time working with her. She has the best energy! Greets you with a smile, meaningful conversation, great listener, talks you through what is happening & so considerate. I always have a little anxiety getting into the dentist chair & she soothes all of those nerves. Plus I haven’t been in pain under her care in the chair. I hope Enaam treats me always moving forward!
