Another pest control company referred me to Manny and told me to reach out. I shot him a text and he answered promptly. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, luckily as I was fixing to move in and only had 1 day to get everything in order. He showed up 10 minutes early and was very professional, prompt and thoroughly sprayed the inside, outside and patio. He even put a solution in the sink that'll eliminate gnats. Will call again in the next 3 months to schedule a quarterly spray. Do not hesitate to reach out to him!
