Austen really went above and beyond for my nine-year-old son today. While my kiddo was getting out of the car for his back-to-school haircut appointment, he smashed his thumb in the car door. Austen comforted my little guy, put a frozen burrito on his throbbing thumb while I ran to get ice, and gave him a dreamboat haircut while consoling and eventually distracting my son from his injury. I remember being my son’s age and going with my grandfather to get his “ears lowered” at Buffalo Barber Shop, and he said “because they’re good people and they do it how I’ve always had it done.” So glad that 30 years later good people are still there and serving the community, contributing to making bad days good again with kind words and a nice trim. 100 outta 10 reccomend! Took my 7 year old in for a haircut, he had the best experience with Austin! Him & Dalton are both so great, a true old fashioned Barber shop!
