Just wanted to give Zdunczyk Heating Cooling and Refrigeration a great bit "THANK YOU!" online! Our AC had been down for a bit. We had used Edward a few times in the distant past and he did an EXCELLENT job! I wasn't sure if he would respond considering the current pandemic COVID affairs. BUT he did! He came with Joseph his helper and they diagnosed and repaired quickly! They also hooked up our Ecobee. They were greatly reliable, very efficient, very courteous and very reasonable!!! They were also very considerate and wore masks and were very aware of handling anything. I just wanted to extend my "THANK YOU!" by giving them a great review!

I had called and spoke to Edward Zdunczyk to check out My mother AC unit that wasn't coming on. He did go out there even though knowing it was Good Friday. I told him that my mother was getting old and struggled with her English. He told me not to worry that it would be ok. My mother said he knew some Spanish and that he was professional and did honest work. Knowing I was concerned and probably wanted to pay for the services, he sent me pictures of the work done and items he had replaced and he sent me the invoice via email.
