Well worth keeping your contract current. 2024 update: now son James does inspections. Thorough, checked inside and outside. Pam, at the office, is kind and courteous and makes sure to choose a good time for the annual inspection!

These are the people to call! They are not looking to up-sale. During recent house painting, painter thought he saw something that looked like termites. Hitman did an inspection, found no evidence of termites, did not try to upsale and offered preventative tips. Will definitely use them in the future
