This is, hands down, the best yoga studio I've ever been to. Amissa, the owner, is a genius with understanding exactly what bodies need, whether you're recovering from trauma, childbirth or strengthening yourself for other goals like a 5K. I've attended prenatal yoga, restorative and private classes, received massages and advice on hundreds of topics of the years. There is no one else I trust to teach me and guide me with yoga, and I know you'll feel the same way if you give her classes a try.

So far I have had two massage sessions with Amissa that have been absolutely amazing I had a prenatal massage and a therapeutic massage done and honestly I would rate both massages a 10/10. The place is very clean and the lighting is a perfect level to relax ‍ Amissa is also very friendly and professional!

Amissa is so wonderful. She gives the best yoga instruction and massages. Her place is down to earth and sooo calming. I also got a facial from that was the best facial I've ever had. I look and feel great. Everything was so reasoably priced, peaceful and was perfect for "me-time". Thank you ladies!
