“I came in for a basic pedicure and found myself very excited to see that the choices were anything but basic! On a hot Texas day it was refreshing to have my feet soaked in a tepid bath with CBD crystals & a Paraffin treatment seemed to melt all the stresses of the week away. The technician Jackie was kind and gentle yet firm and took the time to get to know me without it feeling intrusive. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed. “I went in for a pedicure and was greeted and taken care of right away. My pedicure was quick, but not rushed, and done very well for a fair price. Upon leaving, I accidentally kicked my door with my toes like a dummy and smeared the polish. Swallowing my pride, I went in and asked if I could pay to have it fixed, but I was told that they would fix it for no charge. I had planned on coming back in the future, but this wonderful customer service just ensures that I will return for every future pedicure. “First time customer here at Villa Salon. Came by for quick nail fills and I left happy. I had been going to the same nail salon on the other side of town for years, I am a regular. They know me by name and always do a great job and do exactly what I want, so I was a bit nervous to try some place knew and still getting exactly what I want. Because I was in a rush, I decided to try Villa Salon. The salon is small, but very clean and well put together. As soon as I walked in, I noticed it was not very busy but Patricia, the owner, who was sitting at the manicure desk greeted me promptly. I sat with her and let her know what I wanted, she does not do designs she said, which was ok with me since I did not want designs this time around. She offered me coffee and water which I kindly declined because I was in a rush. As she started fixing my nails up we began getting to know each other better. We spoke about my future career goals, she spoke about her journey on owning a business and venturing into barber cuts and clips. We made friendly conversation, something my other nail salon does not really do. (Due to the fact that my original salon is owned and ran by Koreans that only speak to each other, and some vague English to know what the customer is wanting) I had always been ok with that though because like I said, they do what I want. My nails came out beautiful, she made them how I wanted which was pink and gold glitter. They're not as long as I like them though but I know my nails will definitely grow out. Patricia was done within an hour and we shook hands upon departing. She made a good lasting impression and only time will tell about the quality of my new nails and how long they last until they start lifting (: they look great so far but I have noticed the glitter is coming off already. Patricia only goes by appointment but definitely worth the money(:“
