I had several newly plated trees start dying and I called El Paso Arborist for an evaluation. For an evaluation fee, Jacob presented me with a written report delineating issues and concerns and the recommended actions. He was forthright and told me his company could perform the work or I could have my gardner/landscaper do it; pruning, mulching, tree removal and new tree planting. I appreciated his honesty and decided on him for the job rather than having someone less knowledgeable do it. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The job was performed in an excellent manner, efficient, clean and insured. Highly recommended.
