I think the content was fabulous, evocative and of an appropriate depth of emotion and self-reflection for the amount of time allowed. I would love a full weekend to consider these possibilities. I have gone over my notes two or three times since yesterday and can still feel the excitement and energy about the goal I selected to explore in the workshop.I would suggest a more intimate location for the workshop, where voices would not be swallowed up by the large empty space. Yama Yoga is an oasis nestled in a very unlikely place! I was afraid when I moved back out this way from Dallas that it would be hard to find a like-minded community. Well, I found it! I am currently enrolled in the 200hr teacher training and absolutely love it. It is worth the investment and I feel I have gained so much confidence in myself already. Summer is patient, non-judgemental, and always willing to help or assist you. She is a great teacher and I feel honored to work with her. Love love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and caring ! Instructors are amazing and you leave feeling like part of their family? The studio is always very clean and organized I highly recommend Yama Yoga to everyone
