A true Godsend this company is. The staff was the most professional and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to talk with when having a crisis such as a wrecked truck. The driver Mike was a wonderful young man that helped us out in the middle of the night after our accident and towed us round trip from Terrrel, Tx all the way back to Alexandria, LA on his time off from work. That man was a true American and Godly person who has a heart of gold helping us the way he did. I truly mean this business and the staff are the best in the business and Mike is a class Act! I had a blow out on hwy 175 in kemp Texas. I was stuck on the side of the road at 1 am with my 11 year old son. Captain Jack was more than helpful and professional getting me back on the road quickly. Fast forward to the next day. My car was having all kinds of alerts going with the tire monitoring system to the break system. Could it have been from the blowout yes but Captain Jack didn’t care. So I called my boy Captain Jack.He himself met me and checked out my car for no additional charge. He treated me like family and I am blessed for his help!
