Spent the night in Canton and woke up to a complete electrical nightmare. I was crunched for time to pick up friends in Dallas to go to the Cotton Bowl game....Lee saved our trip! He came to check out my RV within an hour and quickly diagnosed everything and got me fixed up quick! He even had the converter I need with him! Not only did he get me taken care of, but he explained how the system worked and things I needed to look out for. His attention to detail and pride in his work is a rarity these days! If you're in the area and need help, give Absolute a call! Thanks Lee!
Rating based on phone support. We were staying in Canton a few days and had an issue. They called back very promptly and worked with me to temporarily resolve our issue until we could get it back home. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Truly seemed invested in helping us. I would not hesitate to use them when needed.
We were pulling our camper down IH20 when our front fifth wheel jack fell down and was bent by road before we could pull over. We called and he tried to first help us over the phone to get our rig safe enough to drive. Once that was accomplished, we met them at their Canton shop. It was probably 7 to 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night. They had a jack on hand to replace ours with. They installed the new one. We also had trailer brakes that had stopped working on one side. They found the issue was just damaged wires due to a blow out. They husseled to get us back running safely. We were so thankful.
