Update: Brandon called me and apologized for the miscommunication. He was quick to reverse charges to the basic diagnostic fee only and was very professional. If I were to do it over, I would simply ask more questions and maintain better communication to make sure things are done right and we both have a clear understanding of what we hope to accomplish. I will use his services in the future!
