We went with a pre-closing inspection and it was the best decision I’ve made with my home buying process so far. The process took 4 total hours and Travis was very pleasant to work with, thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure to cover every single part of the house. He took his time to personally walk me through everything he found that needed fixing and included it all in a very detailed report. Travis completed a very professional and well planned survey for us. All equipment required to complete the service was on hand and used in a well trained fashion.
