From the time I called to the time he got into my 2002 Ford econoline was about 4 minutes. I live in town but I mean come on, that's impressive. I did manage to lock my keys in the van with my dog while it was running so maybe he took that into account, and if so, that should warrant 6 stars. I'll definitely use them again if I have to. Bret gives great advice and even had our keys on file so we could get copies years later. I can trust that our keys are safe and won't be duplicated unless Hyder and Son makes them.
