I was first introduced to Tommy’s Express in July when first moving to TX from NC I have been wonderfully impressed with their service and customer service!! Today in preparing to be in travel mode for the next 3 months they made sure to assist me in pausing my monthly auto payment and even sent me off with an upgrade wash!! They are AMAZING !!! Was there for the March 24th 2024 free car wash day. They got me right in, the automated wash did a good job. It worked well with my Jeeps roof rack. Immediately following I went over to the vacuums and there was a spot for me. Vacuums worked well enough. Staff assisted me as needed throughout and were friendly and helpful. Overall if the price was right I would definitely return to this place to do a car wash and vacuum.
