OMG!!! Visiting my sister from out of town and had a tooth crack…they got me right in and I am in awe of the compassion n skill of Dr. Charles Town and team! Makes my dentist “pale” in comparison!
Kind and understanding staff. Dr. Town is friendly, efficient, and professional. They all helped me to be calm. Appreciate them so much!!Really appreciate the staff and Dr. Town. They showed me the issues with my teeth, on the screen, and explained what needed to be done. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and I feel well cared for!
I was warmly greeted by the lady at the front desk. She was friendly, professional and welcoming. She asked if I wanted coffee or a bottled water and gave me a clipboard with paperwork and politely asked me to fill them out. There are lots of competing dentists in the Burleson area and the reason I chose this one was because they returned my call inquiry, seemed excited for the potential opportunity to have me as a patient. One of the things that impressed me was the fact that they spared no expense in office equipment and design.
