On Wed 1/3/24, reserved a 14' livestock trailer over phone, I'm sorry I forgot the lady's name I spoke with? she is superb & right on with her knowledge, super pleasantly friendly & VERY clear & detailed with explaining the rental, dealing with the public is not easy(I know this too well).The 2 gentleman that hook up equipment they too are superb with their job being very carefully cautious hooking up, loading the equipment & they too are super pleasantly friendly.THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO?✌️?

We have rented from them multiple times. Although this last time we had issue after issue. Realized later that part of it was the track type of skid steer that we were rented. We have only had metal tracked units in the past. This time we had a rubber/cable track that wore out quickly on our limestone and dirt land. The bucket was also a problem. We struggled to keep it latched on. We finally gave up, and returned it early.

I have rented skid loaders, mini-excavators, and dump trailers from Stellar Rentals. The owners have always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The equipment has always been top notch. The only reason I did not rate them a five star is because the hired help isn't always the best. They sometimes do not have a quality attitude and are not always customer service minded (but remember - good help is hard to find).
