Quick in and out. I was greeted as I entered. She let me know it would be a few minutes before someone could get to me, but would be here as soon as possible. The stylist listened to my concerns and offered ideas. She suggested products but didn't push them on me. Which was nice. I walked out with exactly what I wanted.
